GMLOS girls win home track and field invite

The Grand Meadow-LeRoy-Ostrander-Southland girls track and field team won their own five-team invite in Grand Meadow Friday.

GMLOS scored a total of 133 points and Hayfield was fifth with 22 points.

The GMLOS boys took fourth with a 49 and Hayfield was third with a 55.5.

GMLOS’s McKenzie Kirtz won the 1600-meter run and the triple jump and Sydney Bendtsen won the 100-meter dash and the long jump.
