Yvonne L. Hammer, 84, of Austin, Minn., died Sunday morning, April 13, 2014, at Creasy Springs Health Care Campus in Lafayette, Ind.

Service: A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday May 9, 2014, at the Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin, with Rev. Karen Behling officiating.

Visitation: Visitation with coffee and refreshments will take place from 9:30 a.m. Friday until the service.

Interment: Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery immediately following the service.

Funeral Home: Services prearranged and performed by Worlein Funeral Home of Austin.
