Scott Alan Smith, 54, of Blooming Prairie, died Thursday, May 22, 2014, at Mayo Clinic Hospital, Methodist Campus in Rochester.

Service: Memorial Services will be held at 12 p.m., Thursday, May 29, 2014, at First Lutheran Church in Blooming Prairie with The Rev. Heidi Heimgartner and The Rev. Charles Leonard officiating.

Visitation: Friends may call from 10 a.m. until noon at the church.
