MINNEAPOLIS — Misdemeanor charges have been filed against a woman who drove into a suburban Minneapolis retention pond last November, killing two children and injuring three others.

St. Louis Park prosecutors on Tuesday charged 23-year-old Marion Guerrido with driving without insurance, violating the requirements of her learner’s permit and failing to properly use child safety restraints.
