Brian M. Burzinski, 56, of Burnsville, passed away May 19, 2014.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mary Ann Burzinski.

He is survived by his son, Scott Johnston; partner, Susan Helton; siblings, Judy Lueck, David, John, Dean, Mark Burzinski, Jerry Krokos.

Funeral Service will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, May 23, 2014, at Lakewood Cemetery Chapel 3600 Hennepin Ave. S., Minneapolis, with a gathering of family and friends at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be at Lakewood Cemetery.
