Austin boys track and field team takes second at home

The Austin boys finished second in their home track and field triangular at Larry Gilbertson track and field Tuesday.

Austin tallied at team score of 59 points, Owatonna took first with a 92 and Mankato West was third with a 32.

Connor Sheehan won the 400-meter dash for the Packers, Adam Bergstrom won the 300-meter hurdles, Andrew Baker won the 3200-meter run, Jacob Browning won the triple jump and the 4 x 800-meter relay team of Ben Walker, Jacob Striker, Joe Kroymann and Baker took first.
