Reta Rae Perrin, 75, of Osage, Iowa, died Sunday, April 6, 2014, at the Mitchell County Regional Health Center-Hospice Unit in Osage.

Service: Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 10, 2014, at the First Baptist Church in Osage with Pastor Paul Brown and Pastor Chip Uhrmacher officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home in Osage.

Interment: Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery.
