Evelyn L. Loucks, 97, of Adams, Minn., formerly of Rose Creek died Thursday, April 10, 2014, at the Adams Health Care Center, Adams, Minn.

Service: Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday April 15, 2014, at the Clasen-Jordan Mortuary, Austin, Minn., with the Rev. David Fleischmann officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be held at the Mortuary from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the time of the service.

Interment: Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery.
