Pacelli Catholic Schools grad Conrad Ray was named Pac 12 coach of the year, following Stanford’s win of the Pac 12 tournament.

Stanford now has won four of its last five events and has a total of five wins on the season, the most since the seven tournaments won by the 2006-7 national championship team.

Ray, in his 10th year as head coach, recently led Stanford to its eighth Pac-12 Championship and first since 1994. It’s the second time Ray has earned league coach of the year honors, having also earned the distinction in 2007.
