The Riverland Community College women’s basketball team lost 62-35 to Anoka-Ramsey on the road Saturday.

Mariah Carruth had 15 points and four rebounds for the Blue Devils (7-13 overall, 1-5 MCAC South) and Brittany Zuniga had six points.

“I thought we played pretty well. To hold a team like Anoka to sixty points on their home floor is impressive,” RCC assistant coach Ryan Wiechmann said. “But you can’t put the ball through the hoop, you’re not going to win.”
