Lyle-Pacelli girls topple Burros

Five starters scored in double figures for the No. 5 ranked Lyle-Pacelli girls basketball team as it cruised past Lanesboro (6-17 overall, 5-11 SEC) 76-40 in Lanesboro Thursday.
Brooke Walter had 12 points and nine steals for LP (21-0 overall, 17-0 SEC).
“We’ve really tried to focus on making the game fun and taking some pressure off of our kids,” LP head coach Justin Morris said. “We’re excited to turn our attention to a very competitive schedule of games next week that will certainly test our team.”
