The Grand Meadow boys basketball team lost 60-51 to Schaeffer Academy (6-9 overall, 4-5 SEC) in GM Monday.

The Superlarks (4-10 overall, 3-6 SEC) led 31-24 at the half, but the Lions hit seven 3-pointers in the second half to get the win.

“We didn’t execute like we needed to on defense and it hurt us,” GM head coach Bob Burmester said.
