Jon Michael Heuton, 49, of Austin. Convicted of first-degree DWI test refusal. Sentenced to seven years’ supervised probation, and one month each year with electronic monitoring with alcohol sensor. Offense date: July 19, 2013.

Amy Ann Kujak, 25, of Austin. Convicted of fifth-degree drug possession and two counts of third-degree drug sale. Sentenced to 20 years’ supervised probation and 80 hours’ community service. Offense date: July 25, 2013.

Pedro Alejandro Perez, 19, of Kasson. Convicted of first-degree criminal damage to property. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation. Must pay $1,115 in restitution. Offense date: June 29.

Sara Beth Williams, 31, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation and 90 days of electronic home monitoring. Fined $500. Offense date: May 20, 2013.

Michael Eugene Wilson, 32, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation and 80 hours’ community service. Fined $500. Offense date: March 23, 2013.
