The Austin boys hockey team mustered just 19 shots on goal as it lost 4-1 at Owatonna (4-5-2 overall, 3-2 Big Nine) Thursday.

Connor Poczos stopped 28 shots for the Packers (2-10-1 overall, 1-5 Big Nine) and Trevor Stevens scored Austin’s lone goal in the second period.

“We came out flat,” Austin head coach Erik LaRock said. “We got back in the game, but we’ve just got to get more shots on goal.”
