The Lyle-Pacelli boys basketball team led from start to finish as it beat Houston (3-3 overall, 3-4 SEC) 57-36 in Houston Thursday.

The Athletics (3-5 overall, 3-4 SEC) allowed a season-low amount of points in the win and they were led by Jordan, who scored 13 points.

“We played really well as a team,” LP head coach Dean DeBoer said. “Our defensive energy has been good in the past two weeks. I think the kids are starting to buy in and they see that if you play good defense, good things can happen.”

LP led 29-13 at the half.
