The Austin Daily Herald is looking for someone to one-up Clark W. Griswold.
The Herald is organizing a holiday light contest with more than $300 in prizes split between the top three entries. Readers can submit photos of their homes for a chance to win, so let your friends, family members and neighbors know.
Email photos to ben.ankeny@ austindailyherald.com, or mail them to 310 Second St. NE, Austin. Be sure to include the name, address and phone number of the home’s residents.
Sponsors are the Austin Papa Murphy’s, Austin Utilities, Pizza Ranch of Austin and B&J Bar & Grill.
The deadline is 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16.
Entries will be published on Dec. 25.
