Public buildings are shutting down for the holidays.

The county’s Government Center and Jail and Justice Center will be closed on Christmas Eve, on Christmas Day and on New Year’s Day.

Austin City Hall will close at 3 p.m. Christmas Eve and will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. However, the Law Enforcement Center will be open through the holidays, as dispatch and police will still be working.
