Bitter cold follows light snowfall

After about 2 inches of snow fell across the Austin area Sunday, bitter temperatures returned to much of the state.
The National Weather Service warned of extreme wind chills today and tonight. With a high temperature around 5 and a low around 0 today, blustery winds were expected to cause wind chills of -19 today and -15 tonight.
After a high of 15 Tuesday, temperatures will drop to -4 tomorrow night and a wind chill of -14.
A high of 4 is expected Wednesday with a low of -8. Temperatures will finally warm back up Thursday and Friday when lows are expected in the lower 20s.
