Austin native Steve Serratore will sign his national letter-of-intent to play baseball at Kansas State University in Des Moines, Iowa Wednesday.

Serratore played his freshman season at Des Moines Area Community College (44-11 overall) last spring, where he hit .338 with an on-base percentage of .531 to go with 5 home runs, 12 doubles, 2 triples and 41 RBIs.
