Fall Safety Day is Saturday

Sparky the Dog and the Good Neigh-Bear will be among many to teach youngsters during State Farm’s Fall Safety Day open house.
The event will be from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. this Saturday at 1110 First Ave. SW, Austin. Among the mascots there will be free fingerprinting for the first 100 kids, a firetruck on site, pumpkin decorating, hot dogs face painting and a chance to meet emergency officials.
The event will run rain or shine.
