Dennis and Cindy Jensen of Austin are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Brooke Jensen, to Jay Michael Salinas, son of Robert and Gloria Salinas of Blooming Prairie, on Aug. 31, 2013, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Austin, Minn. A celebratory reception was held after the ceremony at Historic Hormel Home in Austin.

Brooke is a 2006 graduate of Austin High School, and has a medical receptionist certificate from Riverland Community College. Brooke is currently employed by Quality Pork Processors as HR administrative assistant.

Jay Michael is a 2005 graduate of Blooming Prairie High School, and graduate of Riverland Community College in auto body. Jay Michael is currently employed by Welsh Equipment in Dodge Center, Minn.

The couple currently resides in Blooming Prairie, Minn.
