ROCHESTER — The Austin boys soccer team finished with a 1-1 tie at Rochester Century (1-3-3 overall, 0-0-2 Big Nine) Thursday.

The Packers (2-3-2 overall, 1-1-1 Big Nine) tied the game up at 1-1 when Ochan Ochogi scored a goal after he put-back a rebound off a missed shot by Roel Torres with 5:12 left in the game.

Austin keeper Abraham Manzano kept the Packers in the game as he made a big save with his leg in overtime.

“Abraham made some big saves tonight and he really earned his keep,” Austin head coach Jens Levisen said.

The Packers and Panthers each had shots deflect off the post in the game and Levisen was pleased with how his team moved the ball.

“We created a lot of opportunities and things were clicking tonight,” Levisen said.
