Helen Louise Herrick, 94, of Austin, Minn., died on Tuesday, July 2, 2013, at Sacred Heart Care Center in Austin.

Service: A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, July 5 at St. Augustine Catholic Church with Father Paul Nelson officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be at the church for one hour before the service on Friday morning.

Interment: Entombment will be at Calvary Cemetery.

Funeral Home: Clasen-Jordan Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials: Memorials may be directed to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or to the Karl Potach Pediatric Fund at Mayo Clinic Health Systems Austin.
