Ashley Dooley and Patrick Symmonds, both of Austin, proudly announce their marriage. The wedding was held at 2 p.m. June 22, 2013, at St. Augustine’s Church. The couple will make their home in Shreveport, La., after a honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Ashley is the daughter of Karla and Randy Dooley, and granddaughter of Irene Yocom and Rita Dooley and the late Robert Yocom and Eugene Dooley. She is a 2007 Pacelli graduate and a 2011 St. Katherine’s University graduate with a major in biology. She continues her education at the University of Louisiana and works at Olive Garden.

Patrick is the son of Kelly and Doug Symmonds and the grandson of Ronald and Wanda Symmonds of Wilton, Iowa, and Joan Smith Davenport of Iowa. He is a 2007 Austin High School graduate and is in the United States Airforce.
