The Gopher Road Trip Chalk Talk will be stopping by Austin at the Hormel Historic Home June 3 at 5 p.m.

The event will bring select Gopher coaches and Goldy to Austin.

The meet and greet will take place from 5 p.m. to 5:45 p.m., a presentation by the coaches and athletic director Norwood Teague will take place from 5:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and another met and greet will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Coaches scheduled to appear, include football coach Jerry Kill, men’s basketball coach Richard Pitino,men’s hockey coach Don Lucia, men’s gymnastics coach Mike Burns, men’s swimming and diving coach Dennis Dale, women’s hockey coach Brad Frost, soccer coach Stefanie Golan, women’s swimming and diving coach Kelly Kremer, volleyball coach Hugh McCutcheon, women’s tennis coach Chuck Merbacher, women’s swimming and diving coach Terry Nieszner, women’s gymnastics coach Meg Stephenson and men’s tennis coach Geoff Young.

Gopher gear will be given away at the event, including to Gopher hockey jerseys.

There will be complimentary appetizers, a cash bar and photo opportunities with Goldy and coaches.

The event is open to the general public but anyone attending must pre-register at www.mygophersports.com/Online/road-trip-austin. Space is limited to 200.
