FARIBAULT — The Austin girls won the Faribault triangular with a score of 409 Thursday.

Austin’s Lauren Stasi was meet medalist with a score of 95.

“The girls played hard even though the weather was very cold,” Austin head coach Stephanie Wagner said. “I never saw the girls stop fighting. They gave it everything they had. This is our first win in the Big Nine for our season and my first win as a coach. It is very exciting.”
