The annual Austin Women in Health workshop is right around the corner.

Mayo Clinic Health System — Albert Lea and Austin will hold the workshop starting at 9 a.m. Saturday, May 4, at the Hormel Historic Home in Austin.

The 2013 workshop will bring speakers from the Austin hospital, as well as nationally-acclaimed speaker, award-winning author and hardcore hoop dancer Theresa Rose. Rose’s mission is to help women move back into a state of balance and joy, and her partner on that mission is her beloved hula hoop. She will inspire attendees with her “It’s your time to live big” presentation.
