The city of Blooming Prairie is asking local businesses and residents for donations to the annual Old Fashioned Fourth of July festival.

The festival has more than a dozen parade units in need of sponsors. The festival is funded by button and beer sales for the remainder of the event. For more information on how to donate, call Becky Noble at 507-583-4472.
