The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency plans to reissue a state disposal system permit to the Albert Lea/Austin KOA Campground this year.

The campground has a three-cell stabilization pond system, designed to catch precipitation flow. The MPCA has made a preliminary determination to reissue a permit for the campground for the next five years. Anyone opposed to the permit can make a public comment by April 11 to the MPCA office in Rochester or online at pca.state.mn.us.
