Several members of the ABC 6 News team have been recognized in the Minnesota Association Broadcast News Contest. Winners were announced March 12 and awards will be presented April 12 at the annual Minnesota Associated Press Broadcasters Ceremonies in Bloomington.

ABC 6 earned first place in the documentary and investigative category by former reporter Gordon Severson. He received honorable mention for another report. ABC 6 anchor/reporter Laura Lee was also recognized with two honorable mentions.
