MABEL — The Lyle-Pacelli boys basketball team held on to beat Mabel-Canton (4-17 overall, 4-11 SEC) 71-70 on the road Friday.

David Diang, who scored 27 points, hit the go-ahead free throw for LP (12-9 overall, 10-5 SEC) with just six seconds left.
