Donna Jean (Graves) Salisbury, 65, of Fernley, Nev., formerly of Brownsdale, Minn., died Friday, Feb. 22, at Apache Junction, Ariz.

Donna was born June 7, 1947, in Austin, Minn., to Donald and Marian (Selix) Graves. She married Donald Salisbury on Aug. 22, 1977.

A 1965 Hayfield High School graduate, Donna also graduated from the Austin Technical School nursing program and served in the Army in 1966 and 1967. She worked as an LPN at St. Olaf Hospital where she met her husband.

Donna enjoyed traveling with Donald on their Goldwing motorcycle. She enjoyed their many travels in their motor home, especially enjoying vacations with their children and families to Willits, Calif. She loved sewing, quilting, reading and spending winter months in Apache Junction.

She is survived by her husband, Donald; three sons, Darin (Wendy) Salisbury, Derrick (Jenny) Salisbury, and David (Bianca) Salisbury, all of Fernley, Nev.; two sisters, Bobbi (Dean) Thompson, of Ames, Iowa, and Marcia (David) Vold, of Faribault, Minn.; four brothers, Jay Graves, of Reno, Nev., David Graves, of Rochester, Minn., Jerry (Janet) Graves, of Brownsdale, Minn., and Bradley (Bernadine) Graves, of Alden, Minn.; one uncle, Donald (Susan) Selix, of Sierra Vista, Ariz.; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Joann Olson, of Calif., Jean (Larry) Lester, and Jerry, (Mary Anne) Salisbury, both of Owatonna, Minn.; 11 grandchildren, Dylan, of Appleton, Wis., Sasha, Megan, Drue, Ethan, Dani, Chase, Devon, Dakota, Haley, and Breanna, all of the Fernley/Reno area; one great-granddaughter, Sophie, of Fernley, Nev.; many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, Don and Marian; nephew, Mike Thompson; grandparents and in-laws.

An interment is to be held at a later date at Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Fernley, Nev. A Wise Choice Cremation and Funeral Services, of Mesa, Ariz., is handling the arrangements.
