Blooming Prairie girls fall to United South Central

WELLS — The Blooming Prairie girls basketball team had their five-game winning streak snapped when they lost 47-44 at United South Central (11-9 overall, 7-4 Gopher) Tuesday.
BP (15-6 overall, 9-2 Gopher) trailed by eight at the half but took a 41-40 lead. USC took the lead on a pair of free throws with eight seconds left and BP missed a three with four seconds left.
