A hypnotist will be in Austin for a free seminar.

Leslie Reynolds CH., in conjunction with the non-profit organization Health Awareness Clinics, will conduct two free to the public hypnosis seminars — although a $5 donation at sign-in is appreciated — for weight loss, smoking cessation, and stress and tension relief.

The seminars begin at 7:30 p.m.. The first one is on Wednesday Jan. 16, at the Holiday Inn, 1701 Fourth St. NW in Austin. The second will be Thursday Jan. 17, at the Ambulance Facility, 100 Emergency Drive (1/4 mile east of the BP gas station) in Spring Valley.

Anyone age 16 and older is welcome. There is no pre-registration: Just arrive 30 minutes early and sign in.
