The Cedar Valley Services expansion is ready to take flight.

The Top Flight program, part of the job training and rehabilitation center for special needs residents, is ready to open at its new location at 102 First St. NW in the former Home Design Studios office. The program will host an open house for residents from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

“There’s been a demand, a need, for that for a while,” said Maureen Lynch, Top Flight program director. “We’ll be able to serve up to 30 individuals instead of 18.”
