HAYFIELD — The Hayfield girls basketball team beat Rochester Lourdes (4-6 overall, 0-2 HVL Gold) in Hayfield Friday.

Abby Pollock poured in 19 points to lead the Vikings (4-3 overall, 1-0 HVL Gold) in the win.

“It was a nice win for us,” Hayfield head coach Fred Kindschy said. “We handled their quickness and we got up and down the court.”
