ROCHESTER – The Austin volleyball team picked up its first win of the season, but it dropped its other three matches at the Rochester Century Invite Saturday.

The Packers (1-14 overall) beat Rochester Lourdes 16-25, 25-20, 15-9 to get in the win column and they lost to Bryon 25-15, 25-23, lost to Mankato East 25-27, 25-23, 15-8 and lost to Saint Charles 30-28, 25-17.

Sophomore Alex Hansen had 27 kills and 53 digs for Austin and Taylor Lady had 19 kills in her second day of action after coming back from a knee injury.
