The northbound lanes of Interstate 35 are fully open again after a semi crash after 1 p.m. Wednesday.

I-35 was either closed or reduced to one-lane traffic until it reopened around 3:30 p.m.

During such incidents, the Minnesota Department of Transportation urges drivers to use alternate routes.
