Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin’s Women’s Special Care Unit will hold a car seat safety clinic from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9 at the Austin Fire Station, 122 First Ave. NE, for parents to drive through and have their car seats inspected for safety and proper installation.

Inspections will be done by certified car seat technicians from the Women’s Special Care Unit, the Austin Fire Department and Mayo Clinic by appointment only. Call the Women’s Special Care Unit at 507-434-1380 to schedule an appointment.
