WORTHINGTON — The Austin girls soccer team controlled the game throughout as it beat Worthington (0-1 overall) 3-0 on the road Saturday.

Carley Grunewald got the Packers (1-1 overall) going when she scored early in the first half and she added another to goal to make it 3-0 in the second half.

“The girls played well and Chloe Summerfield made some great saves in goal for us,” Austin head coach Enrique Camarena-Corzo said.

Nicole Lipari scored Austin’s other goal.
