It’s that time again when the sun smiles down on us a time frame longer,

When the smell of fresh-cut grass fills the air, and when children get out the bikes and ride to the fair.

The burning of wood brings back memories of before, when we were camping and fishing and it wasn’t such a chore.

Summer’s here and don’t forget to take in all the nature that surrounds you.

Like the smell of wildflowers on a trail nearby, or the scenery of the stars and moon that fill up the sky.

Remember the times at the beach and the pool, when hot summer days forced you to jump in to be cool.

Capture the memories and hold close to your heart, for summer remains and will fade into fall, but the memories will last and never part.
