Austin police cited several teenagers for underage drinking on Saturday, as well as two others for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Police Chief Brian Krueger said officers went to the 600 block of Ninth Street NW for a complaint of a loud party with possible underage drinking. According to the report, five teens and one 18-year-old were cited for minor consumption. A 19-year-old Austin man, Jeremy Brandl, was cited for fifth-degree controlled substance, along with a 16-year-old.
