After a plea agreement, an Austin man admitted guilt in which he persuaded girls 13 and younger to perform sexual acts on Feb. 25.
Brayden William Woodworth, 19, pleaded guilty Thursday to fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, a felony. Two other charges, felony first-degree sexual conduct with a person younger than 13 and misdemeanor indecent exposure, were dropped.
Woodworth allegedly persuaded three girls, ages 12 to 13, to perform sexual acts on him in exchange for cigarettes on Feb. 25.
After detectives interviewed the victims, who admitted what had happened, Woodworth was arrested and put in the Mower County jail on $100,000 bail. His sentencing is set for Sept. 14.
