BLOOMING PRAIRIE — The Blooming Prairie baseball team lost 7-3 to New Richland-HEG (16-2 overall) in BP Tuesday.

Weston Fiebiger allowed just four runs in seven innings for the Awesome Blossoms (4-12 overall), but a crucial BP error allowed the Panthers to pull away.

“Weston pitched a good game and I’m not disappointed,” BP head coach Paul Peterson said. “We played a good game, but a play or two didn’t go our way.”

BP catcher Ryan McCabe threw out two runners on stolen base attempts in the loss.
