Michael Carl Koch, 64, of Austin. Convicted of second- and third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a significant relationship. Sentenced to 90 months in prison. Offense dates: Oct. 14 and 15, 2010.
Cody Charles Kominek, 22, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation and 30 days’ electronic home monitoring. Fined $500. Offense date: Oct. 19, 2011.
Akieimie Marie Sweet, 38, of Austin. Convicted of fifth-degree drug possession. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation and 40 hours of community service; statutory stay of adjudication if conditions met. Offense date: Oct. 19, 2011.
Nathan Daniel Koball, 21, of Grand Meadow. Convicted of terroristic threats. Sentenced to five years’ supervised probation. Offense date: Feb. 26, 2012.
Bradley Jay Suess, 35, of Grand Meadow. Convicted of DWI, hunting under influence of alcohol and use of artificial lights to take animal. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation, 30 days’ electronic home monitoring. Fined $1,200. Offense date: March 9, 2012.
