Softball: Blue Devils go 1-4 at Crossover Tournament

The Riverland softball team lost all four games it played in, but it did pick up a forfeit win at the Crossover Tournament in Todd Park Saturday and Sunday.
The Blue Devils (4-29 overall) lost to Itasca 10-1, lost to Hibbing 12-3, lost to Vermillion 9-6, fell to North Dakota State School of Science 8-0 and beat Northland, who didn’t make it to the tournament, with a forfeit.
Austin grad Robin Arjes hit her sixth homerun of the season in the loss to Hibbing.
