On behalf of Westminster Presbyterian Church of Austin, I would like to thank Hy-Vee, Sterling Drug- Main Street, Target and Wal-Mart for their donations and support of items needed for our church’s Annual Easter Event on April 7.

In addition to those donations, church groups and families made this year another fun-filled success with 203 in attendance. Special thanks to Jim Jayes for his captivating children’s puppet performance and the many church and community members for volunteering their time. The children of our community enjoyed carnival games, crafts, a puppet show, treats, an outdoor egg hunt and hearing the Good News of the Easter Story. We look forward to this again next year.
