According to court complaints, Ethen allegedly broke into a home in the 1300 block of Third Avenue SW in April 2011. The complaint states Ethen kicked in the door at his ex-girlfriend’s home. When Ethen’s ex dialed 911, Ethen hung up and then fled. Officers arrested Ethen that night. Ethen was convicted last June for interfering with a 911 call and intentionally damaging property.

Ethen then violated a no contact order from Jan. 1 to Jan. 17, 2012, according to the complaint, after he repeatedly contacted his ex via Facebook and other messages.
