Ryan Tyler Berg Ethen, 23, of Austin. Convicted of three counts of domestic abuse by violation of contact order. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation and must write letter of apology. Fined $500. Offense dates: Jan. 1, 8 and 10 of 2012.
Raymond David Gills, 28, of Austin. Convicted of third-degree DWI. Sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $500. Offense date: April 6, 2012.
Christopher Gonzalez, 31, of Austin. Convicted of third-dgree refusal to submit to DWI testing. Sentenced to 180 days in jail. Offense date: May 30, 2004.
Brad Allen Guhl, 27, of Rochester. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to two years’ supervised probation. Offense date: July 24, 2011.
Javier Hernandez-Ortiz, 21, of Austin. Convicted of forgery by using false identification. Sentenced to three years’ probation and must cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Offense date: Feb. 12, 2012.
Amanda Lynn Kraay, 21, of Blooming Prairie. Convicted of possessing burglary tools. Sentenced to three years’ supervised probation. Offense date: Dec. 18, 2011.
Romaldo Obregon, 31, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to one year supervised probation. Offense date: April 14, 2012.
Oboya Lual Ojulu, 41, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to 180 days in jail, stayed for 180 days for one year. Fined $500. Offense date: Dec. 17, 2011.
Heidi Marie Olson, 29, of Austin. Convicted of DWI. Sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $500. Offense date: April 4, 2012.
Jamie Douglas Miklas, 39, of Grand Meadow. Convicted of DWI — refusal to submit to chemical test. Sentenced to two years’ probation and 40 hours of community service. Fined $500. Offense date: Feb. 12, 2012.
Ryan Daniel Seavey, 28, of Grand Meadow. Convicted of interfering with a 911 call. Sentenced to one year supervised probation and must complete violence education or domestic abuse program. Fined $900. Offense date: Nov. 5, 2010.
