KENYON — The Blooming Prairie baseball team lost 13-1 at Kenyon-Wanamingo (2-0 overall) Thursday.

John Rumpza got the start for the Awesome Blossoms (1-1 overall), but he lasted just three and one-thirds innings as he took the loss. BP committed five errors and its pitchers had eight walks in the loss.

“My hat’s off to Kenyonw-Wanamingo,” BP head coach Paul Peterson said. “They’re very disciplined at the plate.”
